IGT Toscana Vermentino

Spirito Libero (Free Spirit) belongs to the product line of wines without added sulphites, where the only sulphur dioxide that can be found is the one that naturally develops during the fermentation process. The total amount of sulphites in the wine changes every year and is indicated on the label.

Sulphites are additives used for food conservation, with an antibacterial and antioxidant function, that nevertheless may be intolerant to people. We therefore decided to find an innovative method to allow us to make wine with no added sulphites.The result of this in-depth study and research is Spirito Libero.

Spirito Libero White is made of pure Vermentino grapes, straw-colored with golden highlights. Flowers and fruits on the nose, quite intense and persistent. The mouthfeel is well structured, harmonious, pleasant with a great drinkability.
